Cancellation Policy
Deposits of 50% are now required for new clients to guarantee your time for your appointment. No shows will result in you losing this deposit and will require a NEW deposit for the new appointment. You are allowed to reschedule once per deposit.
There is a 15 minute grace period after that period a late fee of $15 will be applied, no exceptions. After 20 minutes it is considered a no show and will be cancelled.
No shows will be canceled at 20 minutes and charged 50% of full service and will need to submit a new deposit.
All clients: 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling fee is 50% of all services booked for the appointment, no exceptions, including work. After the second cancellation in a row or in a short time span, there will be a risk of losing your spot in my books. Please contact me as soon as possible or follow your appointment links to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
